The Apartments are on the first and second floors within a Victorian Grade II listed building (without sea views). They are located at 3 Diamond Street between the Artsbank Art Gallery and the Auction Room and are diagonally opposite the Methodist Chuch. Street parking is available.

They are situated 150 metres from the Town Centre, Sainsburys Supermarket, the Railway Station and Public Transport. In the opposite direction is the Marine Parade overlooking golden sands, a Victorian Pier, rock pools and Huntcliff.
