Saltburn Victoria Apartments and Victoria Villa specialise in Business Accommodation, also weekend, mid-week or longer self-catering Leisure Breaks situated at Saltburn by the sea, North Yorkshire.

Prices start from £60 per apartment per night, they vary in size and sleep from two upto four persons. Electricity, gas, bed linen & towels are included.

We only require a minimum stay of two nights although last minute one night only bookings are sometimes available mid-week Monday to Thursday for an additional premium of £25 per apartment.

The four star awarded Apartments are on the first and second floors within a Victorian Grade Two Listed Building (without sea views) and are non-smoking.

All four apartments are complimented with modern amenities offering excellent value, independance and extra space when compared to other accommodation options.

Located at 3 Diamond Street between the Artsbank Art Gallery and the Auction Room, diagonally opposite the Methodist Church. Street parking is available.

Conveniently situated 150 metres from the Town Centre, Sainsburys Supermarket, the Railway Station and Public Transport. In the opposite direction is the Marine Parade overlooking golden sands, a Victorian Pier, rock pools and Huntcliff.

We also have Victoria Villa...a self-catering, 4 star awarded spacious semi detached house with double glazing, gas central heating, modern kitchen & bathrooms.The property sleeps upto 5 guests, is non-smoking and has a large garden with parking space for 2 cars in the drive.

The Villa is located in Saltburn approximately one mile from the Town Centre. It is ideal business accommodation or suitable for a family holiday.
